Terms and Conditions
  1. Acceptance of the media for data recovery is subject to our evaluation.
     
  2. We will endeavor to recover all the data from the media however; we do not guarantee complete retrieval of the data.
     
  3. The content of the data recovered shall be confidential by default.
     
  4. Customer is requested to provide the complete details about the media before data recovery.
     
  5. The recovery charges are fixed irrespective of the quantum of data recovered.
     
  6. Once the data is recovered, customers are requested to check the same to ensure the integrity of the data. Customer is requested to provide the alternate media of sufficient size to transfer their recovered data. TECH LOGIC shall return the drive in “AS IS WERE IS” basis after data recovery.
     
  7. Upon evaluation, if the data found to be irrecoverable, No inspection charge to be paid while collecting the drive.
     
  8. Payment should be made through DD or CASH (after checking the data in our premises). In favour of TECH LOGIC. Payable at BANGALORE
